The GPG Direct Team will then:

• Arrange a suitable time for one of our consultants to discuss your current supply chain and objectives to reduce your non-core expenditure via our GPG Webex conference facility, or alternatively arrange to visit you at your premises
   

• Understand and analyze your costs and any contractual obligations that exist with your incumbent suppliers
   

• Categorize your main areas of expenditure and highlight areas where savings can be achieved in short, medium and long term
   

• Agree a scheduled programme where new suppliers are introduced and cost savings realized within your organisation
   

• Meet our supply partners face to face via the GPG Webex conferencing
   

• Assist with establishing credit facilities, either invoice or purchasing cards
   

• Conduct a training programme with your key employees to enable you to buy all of your goods and services on the GPG Procurex platform
